By playing Bengaluru Bolt you agree to these terms.

The game

Bengaluru Bolt is free to play. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop the game or any feature at any time.

Virtual items

Kaapi, Metro Tokens, runners, upgrades and music tracks are in-game items only. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be reset if we need to fix problems.

Fair play and the leaderboard

• Don't cheat, exploit bugs or tamper with the game to post scores. We may remove scores or names at our discretion.
• Leaderboard names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate someone or contain personal information.

Your account

Signing in with Google is optional. You're responsible for your Google account. See the Privacy tab for what we store.

Ownership and logo use

The game, its name, logo, characters, art, music and code are owned by the creator of Bengaluru Bolt, except third-party components credited in the About tab. You may use the press-kit assets (Assets tab) to write about, review, stream or share the game, following the usage guidelines there. Any other use needs our permission.

Bengaluru Bolt is a work of fiction. Places are used for flavour only; it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any government body, transport operator or company.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from use of the game. Please play safely and never while walking in traffic or driving.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
